This is an app I created for my UX/UI class and I choose to do a project that would get people to go out and find wildflowers in nature. This is done by taking pictures with the app open so the location and type are marked on the map. The app also analyzes the photo to tell you what kind of wildflower that it is.

On-Boarding

The onboarding screen was designed in this way because during user testing the users had a hard time distinguishing the onboarding and the app itself so it was designed to distance the two

Home Screens

Some of the feedback I got from the user testing was that the most zoomed out map is hard to read with just tiny dots on that map so what I have done is made it so the states are highlighted to the number of marks are in that state.

Capture Screens

The design of the capture screen was to mimic the functions of a normal camera that the user would have on their phone to avoid misunderstandings of how to input data
